NOVA HAIR & BEAUTY POLICIES

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure that your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

1. Booking fees are required upon booking. This protects our time as well as time for other potential customers. No booking fee, no appointment.

2. We do require 48 hours notice for all cancelations or appointment rearrangements. After this time, it is not always possible to fill our time so we hope you understand. Any cancellations after this time may be subject to a charge at therapist / stylist / barber's discretion.

3. All no shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of their appointment cost. We understand emergencies may happen, the charge can be waived for exceptional circumstances at our discretion. 

4. If you have missed an appointment more than once we may ask for the full appointment to be payed in advance. 

5. Please turn up as close to your appointment time as possible. Being too early will create unnecessary build up of clients and being late may result in insufficient time to complete your appointment. In this instance where the service cannot be completed, the appointment will still be charged, again exceptional circumstances are allowed at our discretion. 

6. All new clients must book in a patch test for all colour / tinting / lash services. Contact the salon prior to your appointment to book this in. This also applies if you've not had the treatment for 6 months or more. We cannot carry out treatments without a patch test. 

7. All children under 16 must be supervised at all times including the bathroom. 

8. Please attend your appointments alone unless in the case of a parent/guardian/ assisted care.
